Respiratory Care – Sales Representative

The company
Since 1991, Sitex provides safe, high quality and hospital-level cares at patient’s home. The company activities comprise palliative care, hospitalisation at home (HAD), basic care (SAD), nutritional home care and respiratory care services.
In order to further expand our activities in the Respiratory Care segment (i.e. Ventilation, OSAS, oxygen drugs and concentrators) we are actively looking for a talented sales woman/man to insert in our dynamic Team based in Geneva.

Job description – responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products & services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. - Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers(physicians, nurses and healthcare professionals) in order to meet their specific needs. - Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. - Reach out to customer leads through cold calling. - Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. - Achieved agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. - Coordinate sales effort with Team members and the other departments. - Analyse the territory & market’s potential, track sales and status reports. - Supply management with reports on customer need, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.

- Proven work experience as sales representative. - Previous paramedic formation and/or experience in Respiratory Care or Home Care Services will be a strong plus. - Highly motivated and target-driven. - Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills. - Prioritizing, time management and organisational skills. - Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs - Relationship management skills and openness to feedback. - Excellent command in French and English. German will be a plus.
